About Rachel

Intertwined Wellness is a service combining my passion and experience as a clinical therapist, a yoga instructor and a mom committed to creating a healthy foundation for my family.

In all of these roles, I value evidenced based research intertwined with ancient wisdom while honoring the influence of our surroundings, our genetics, our neurology, our experiences, our present and our dreams in order to support holistic health.

Intertwined blog is a resource for people seeking optimum wellness, namely through using Young Living Essential Oils and oil-infused products as an avenue toward toxin free living, clean eating and overall mind & body resilience.

Current Practice:

I currently practice privately in Shoalhaven, NSW and upon availability accept new referrals for counselling. Clients are able to schedule with me as an Medicare Provider if referred by a GP under a mental health care plan or as a SIRA provider for workers compensation. Alternatively, clients can choose to schedule with me 100% out of pocket if they do not wish to seek a mental health care plan.

Please note, due to conflict of interest & my code of ethics, I cannot accept clinical referrals for people who are on my essential oils team as I also cannot offer mental health clients essential oils. I am happy to serve as an essential oils educator and distributor to anyone not receiving mental health counselling under my care and will certainly provide the support & tools for your emotional needs wearing that hat while incorporating my background & knowledge to best meet your needs.
